The 316L shell-and-tube heat exchanger supplied by GNEE is a type of petrochemical equipment. It consists of a tube box, shell, and tube bundle, and is named for the U-shaped heat exchange tubes. A U-tube heat exchanger has a single tube sheet, to which both ends of the tubes are fixed. This heat exchanger features flexible tube bundle expansion and contraction, eliminating thermal stress caused by temperature differences between the shell and tube, and providing excellent thermal compensation. The doubled tube length allows for a larger flow diameter, high flow rates, and excellent heat transfer performance. It also boasts a strong load-bearing capacity. The tube bundle can be removed from the shell for easy maintenance and cleaning, resulting in a simple structure and low cost.
