HASTELLOY C-276 is used in the manufacture of components for chemical and petrochemical production equipment such as reactors, heat exchangers, pipelines and pumps. The high-temperature components of aircraft are the main structural materials for the production of organochlorides and process equipment using halides or acids as catalysts.Nickel-based superalloys have been developed significantly due to their ability to obtain coherent Ni3 (AlTi) or strengthening phases, and have become modern superalloys with few advantages. Coherent stress strengthening is an important aspect of gamma phase strengthening. GH4033A alloy was obtained by niobium alloying GH4033 alloy in China, which greatly enhanced the strengthening effect.
