304 2b stainless steel sheet

ASTM A240 304 stainless steel sheet, after cold rolling and bright annealing at 1050°C in a protective atmosphere, achieves a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.3 μm and a 60° gloss value of 200–300 GU, resulting in a uniform silver matte finish.

The corrosion-resistant 304 stainless plate has a corrosion rate of less than 0.05 mm/year in 3.5% sodium chloride solution, offering atmospheric corrosion resistance more than 10 times that of Q235 carbon steel, making it ideal for drinking water pipelines and food processing equipment.

The 304 polished stainless plate has a tensile strength ≥ 520 MPa (twice that of ordinary carbon steel) and elongation ≥ 40%, allowing for 90° bending without cracking, suitable for formed components such as kitchen sinks and elevator cabins. It maintains stable performance across a temperature range from -196°C to 800°C, ensuring reliable use in liquid oxygen tanks, boiler heat exchangers, and similar applications.

Before each batch leaves the factory, strict quality inspections are conducted, including inspections of surface finish, thickness tolerance, dimensional accuracy, etc., to ensure that the products meet customer requirements.

304 stainless steel plates are processed using advanced production equipment to ensure the accuracy and consistency of each plate. The factory uses efficient tools such as laser cutting machines, CNC punching machines, and polishing equipment to process stainless steel plates of various specifications with thicknesses from 0.3mm to 8mm, and ensures that the products meet international standards such as ASTM A240. 

In terms of packaging and transportation, all stainless steel plates are treated with moisture-proof treatment and safely packaged using wooden boxes, pallets or bubble film packaging.
