Description
Inconel 751 alloy tube contains 72% Ni + 15% Cr + 2.5% Al + 2.5% Ti, can serve for a long time at 870°C, and can withstand high temperature above 1000°C in a short time. A dense Al₂O₃ oxide film is formed on the surface, which is suitable for corrosive atmospheres such as sulfur and carbon dioxide. It performs better than austenitic stainless steel (such as 316L) in chloride environments.
