Main production equipment includes:
1️⃣ Hot rolling production line: continuous heating furnace, roughing mill, and finishing mill, covering a thickness range of 0.3mm–14mm.
2️⃣ Cold rolling production line: high-precision cold rolling mills, coupled with an online tension control system, achieving smooth surface finish and strict thickness tolerance control for the plates.
3️⃣ Pickling and passivation line: automated pickling and passivation equipment to improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel and achieve a smooth and uniform surface.
4️⃣ Polishing and wire drawing line: mirror polishing, wire drawing, and HL wire drawing equipment to meet decorative and industrial surface requirements.
5️⃣ Deep processing equipment: laser cutting machine, waterjet cutting machine, shearing machine, bending machine, welding, and punching production line; custom processing can be performed according to customer drawings.
