PRODUCT QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM
To ensure the stable quality and traceability of stainless steel products, all materials are rigorously tested according to relevant international standards. Chemical composition is tested using spectral analysis (PMI) or direct-reading spectrometers to ensure that the content of key elements such as Cr, Ni, Mo, and C meets ASTM/EN/JIS standards; dimensional tolerances and surface quality are also inspected. If necessary, ultrasonic testing (UT), eddy current testing (ET), or corrosion resistance test reports can also be provided to ensure the material's reliable safety and consistency under actual operating conditions.
