C-276 Hastelloy alloy plate belongs to nickel-molybdenum-chromium-iron-tungsten nickel-based alloy, which is the most corrosion-resistant one among modern metal materials. It can be used for a long time below 1000℃, and is resistant to high temperature oxidation and sulfidation.
Hastelloy C276 alloy plate is available in hot-rolled plate, cold-rolled plate, forged plate and other types, with a thickness range of 0.3-1200mm and a width of up to 2500mm. It provides pickling passivation, mirror polishing, sandblasting, etc. to meet the needs of different working conditions.
Hastelloy C276 nickel plate meets ASTM B575, ASME SB-575, EN 10204 3.1B, and meets nuclear industry standards. It can be formed by TIG/MIG welding, cold bending and other processes, and no heat treatment is required after welding.

What are the differences between C276, 316L and Alloy 625?
Hastelloy C276 is at the high end in terms of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and cost. It has excellent overall corrosion resistance and a maximum operating temperature of 1000°C, but its cost is relatively high; 316L stainless steel has average corrosion resistance (not resistant to strong corrosion), a maximum operating temperature of 800°C, and the lowest cost; Alloy 625 has good corrosion resistance (anti-oxidation), a maximum operating temperature of 980°C, and a cost between the two, which is suitable for scenarios that require a balance between performance and economy.
