Nickel content up to 5% can improve the tensile strength and hardness of low-carbon structural steel. Hastelloy B-3 thin plate is a type of rolled material that undergoes multiple passes of rolling after high-temperature heating, resulting in good mechanical properties and the use of diverse steel plates. China has been producing Hastelloy steel plates for a certain period of time, and its manufacturing process is relatively mature. Compared to other imported materials, it has reached the same level. The manufacturing of Hastelloy alloy steel plates requires the use of an electroslag furnace for purification, which can effectively improve its yield and make the performance of the steel plate more superior.
B-3 Hastelloy thin plate has a tensile strength of over 650MPa, an elongation rate of over 45%, and a density of 8.99. It is a type of Hastelloy material with excellent mechanical properties. The Hastelloy thin plate is mainly used for the production of pressure vessel equipment. Its advantage is corrosion resistance, which can be applied in various fields. For example, in known solutions, it has strong reducing corrosion. Ordinary stainless steel cannot be used at all, while Hastelloy steel plate can be used for a long time without maintenance, which is unmatched by other alloy materials.
