Incoloy 330 has good oxidation resistance, forming a dense oxide layer to protect the substrate. This gives it a long service life and stability in high-temperature oxidizing environments.

Because of its good high-temperature performance, Incoloy 330 is widely used in high-temperature furnace internals, annealing heaters, industrial furnaces and kilns, heat treatment equipment, and high-temperature steam piping. It is also commonly used in the manufacture of high-temperature corrosion-resistant jigs and fixtures.
