Incoloy 945 alloy rod is a nickel-based alloy containing nickel, chromium, iron and other elements, with high strength and corrosion resistance. Its round bars and ingots are available in various specifications and are suitable for manufacturing parts. Heat treatment can optimize the performance, and the melting and casting processes ensure the purity and performance of the alloy. Common diameters range from 20mm to 200mm, and the length can be customized according to needs, usually 2 meters to 6 meters.

Solution treatment:
Temperature: 1020℃-1060℃
Hot-holding time: 1 hour-2 hours
Cooling method: water cooling or rapid air cooling
Aging treatment:
Temperature: 650℃-750℃
Hot-holding time: 8 hours-12 hours
Cooling method: air cooling
By precisely controlling the heat treatment parameters, the microstructure of Incoloy945 can be optimized to give it excellent strength and ductility.
