The ASTM B163 UNS N04400 alloy heat exchanger tube supplied by GNEE is a seamless nickel-copper alloy tube specifically designed for condensers and heat exchangers. Manufactured from high-quality, vacuum-melted nickel alloy billets, it undergoes processes including hot extrusion, multi-pass cold drawing/cold rolling, solution annealing, precision sizing, straightening, bright annealing, pickling and passivation, and final inspection.
Containing a minimum of 63% nickel (Ni) and 28%–34% copper (Cu), it exhibits a corrosion rate of less than 0.025 mm/year in flowing seawater and resists pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. Compared to traditional stainless steels and copper alloys, it offers significant long-term operational advantages.

After annealing, its tensile strength is ≥480 MPa, yield strength is ≥170 MPa, and elongation exceeds 35%. It maintains high mechanical strength across temperatures ranging from cryogenic conditions to approximately 540°C (1000°F). This effectively extends heat exchanger service life and reduces equipment maintenance downtime, making it widely applied in marine desalination, petrochemicals, the chlor-alkali industry, and power plant feedwater heating systems.

Plastic Sleeves/Stretch Wrap: Each pipe should be individually encased in a plastic film sleeve or bubble wrap.
