Nickel 201 Seamless Pipe is UNS N02201, which complies with international standards such as German Standard 2.4061 or 2.4068.
Nickel Alloy 201 Thick Wall Pipe is mainly composed of nickel, with a nickel + cobalt content of more than 99%, trace elements such as iron, carbon, manganese, silicon, copper and sulfur, and a carbon content of less than 0.02%, which improves corrosion resistance at high temperatures.
The density of Seamless Nickel Alloy 201 Pipe is 8.89g/cm³, and the melting point is 1435~1446°C. Under reducing conditions, Nickel Alloy 201 Round Pipe has good corrosion resistance to acid, alkali and neutral salt solutions, especially to caustic alkali. Low carbon content almost does not cause intergranular corrosion, and it exhibits excellent intergranular corrosion resistance during welding.
