Products Description
15-5PH stainless steel bar is a martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel with high strength, high hardness, good corrosion resistance, and excellent wear resistance and fatigue resistance. This material is widely used in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, petrochemical and other fields.
15-5PH non-magnetic resistant steel bar can be connected by TIG welding, MIG welding and other welding methods.
Before welding, the welding part should be preheated to reduce welding thermal cracks and welding deformation.
When welding, appropriate welding parameters and welding materials should be selected to ensure the strength and corrosion resistance of the welded joint.
Heat treatment:
15-5PH stainless steel round bar has the best mechanical properties and corrosion resistance after solution treatment and aging treatment.
The solution treatment temperature is usually 1010~1150℃, and the aging treatment temperature is usually around 480℃.
During the heat treatment process, the heating temperature, holding time and cooling rate should be strictly controlled to obtain the ideal organization and performance.
