310S stainless steel cold rolled coil is a high alloy stainless steel belonging to the 25Cr-20Ni series. It has excellent high temperature oxidation resistance and good corrosion resistance. The working temperature can reach 1200℃ and the continuous use temperature can reach 1150℃.
What is the difference between 310 and 310s stainless steel coils?
The chemical composition of 310S Stainless Steel Flat Rolled Coil has a low carbon content, usually below 0.08%. The carbon content of 310 stainless steel is higher.
Due to its lower carbon content, 310S stainless steel coil has more advantages in oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance than 310 stainless steel cold rolled coil. It is more suitable for use in high temperature environments and can resist corrosion in oxidizing and sulfiding atmospheres.
