The 409L variant features an ultra-low carbon design with carbon content ≤0.03%, and is treated with titanium stabilization, ensuring reliable high-temperature oxidation resistance with a maximum service temperature of up to 850°C. Its thermal fatigue stability outperforms 201 and 430 stainless steel foils, and it offers a significant cost advantage compared to 304 and 321 grades.
We use high-purity raw materials, controlling heavy metal impurities to ≤0.001% and ensuring strict thickness tolerance of ±0.003mm. The edges are smooth and burr-free, with an elongation rate ≥35%, guaranteeing excellent stamping and forming performance. Our foils are widely used in automotive exhaust pipes, motorcycle mufflers, heat insulation components, and high-temperature electrical components.
Each roll of 409L stainless steel cold-rolled foil undergoes 100% spectral composition testing, eddy current flaw detection, and high-temperature performance testing, and comes with a complete EN 10204 3.1 quality certificate.
