It is produced through 20-stage high-precision cold rolling, solution annealing, and precipitation hardening processes. After solution treatment (1040°C water quenching) and aging (480°C for 1 hour air cooling in H900 condition), the material achieves a hardness of HRC 38–44, tensile strength of ≥1100 MPa, yield strength of ≥1000 MPa, and elongation of ≥5%. Thickness tolerance is strictly controlled within ±0.003mm, with smooth, burr-free edges.
The 630 stainless steel foil is made from high-purity raw materials with an impurity content of ≤0.001%, offering exceptional corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, and dimensional stability. Under high-load conditions, it significantly outperforms 304, 316, and 400 series stainless steel foils, making it ideal for demanding applications requiring high strength and durability.
