The ASTM A403 WP304H stainless steel weld neck elbow we supply is made from high-carbon 304 stainless steel (Grade 304H) and is designed to redirect the fluid flow within piping systems. The designation "WP" indicates seamless or welded austenitic stainless steel pipe fittings produced by forging, rolling, or extrusion processes, followed by mandatory heat treatment; the letter "H" indicates a high-carbon grade.Compared with standard 304 stainless steel, 304H contains a higher carbon content (0.04%–0.10%), which significantly improves its high-temperature strength and creep resistance, allowing it to operate reliably at temperatures up to 870°C.
