1.4162 Stainless Steel is a low Ni-alloyed duplex stainless steel with balanced chemistry of chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen content to achieve good resistance to localized and uniform corrosion. The Duplex microstructure contributes to the high strength and high resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Duplex stainless steel have good weldability. Due to risk of embrittlement, LDX 2101 should not be used at temperatures above 250°C. Very price stable high strength alloy.
1.4313 stainless steel is a corrosion as well as acid resistant martensitic stainless steel that consist of chromium-nickel and molybdenum contents. This grade of products has toughness, good strength, durability, workability, long service life, and dimensional accuracy. The grade is also known as DIN X3CrNiMo13-4 consists of 13% chromium; nickel 4% and molybdenum 0.5%. These products can easily withstand in high temperature and pressure without getting damage.
