Products Description
ASME B16.9 butt weld concentric reducers, join the tube section on the same axis. They also connect pipes of unequal sizes that have a common centreline. ANSI B 16.28 butt weld eccentric reducers are also called 'bell reducers'. They have two inside threads of different sizes with centers so designed that when they join, the two are not in line, however, can be installed. This is in order to provide optimum drainage gauge of the line.

ANSI B16.9 1.4532 1.4534 Concentric Reducer
1.4532 stainless steel is used for valve parts, tanks, CNC parts and tooling in aerospace industry. Resistant to acids and chlorides commonly occuring in river water. Sufficiently resistant to ammonia and nitrogen tetroxide in mild temperature. Rust may occure in a marine atmosphere. 1.4532 stainless steel has better stress corrosion cracking resistance and resistance to reducing acids and chloride containing pleas than 1.4568 steel. It also has limited resistance to crevice corrosion and pitting.
1.4534 stainless steel (PH 13-8 Mo) is usually produced according to AMS 5629 standart. 1.4534 grade stainless steel is good for corrosion resistance and this grade have very strong mechanical properties. Yield strenght of this grade is about 1400 MPA and corrosion resistance of this grade is better then 316L in many applications. 1.4534 stainless steel is magnetic and it is not so easy to machine this grade.
