ASTM A312 TP317L ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel seamless pipe, containing 18-20% chromium, 11-15% nickel, and 3-4% molybdenum. Chromium forms a dense oxide film on the surface with strong oxidation resistance, nickel improves toughness and strength, and molybdenum enhances tolerance to strong corrosive media such as chloride ions.
The service life of ASTM A312 TP317L stainless steel seamless pipe is 2-3 times longer than that of ordinary stainless steel pipe. It has good high temperature performance. At a high temperature of 600℃, the yield strength can still be maintained at more than 200MPa, ensuring stable operation of the pipeline. The seamless pipe has good formability and is easy to process into various specifications. It has excellent welding performance, high strength and good sealing at the weld, reducing the risk of leakage.
