Processed through bright annealing (BA) in an oxygen-free, hydrogen-protected environment, the tubing eliminates surface micropores caused by conventional pickling, achieving an internal surface roughness (Ra) down to ≤ 0.4 μm. This effectively prevents media residue and microbial growth. The material achieves a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of ≥ 35%, delivering exceptional reliability under high-pressure gas tightness and high-frequency vibration conditions.
