The TP304 stainless steel BA pipe produced by GNEE has been cold rolled and fine drawn, with a dimensional accuracy of about 0.05mm and an inner surface finish of about Ra0.4 microns. The heat treatment is bright solution (annealing) under the protection of a reducing atmosphere, and ultrasonic cleaning is performed to remove grease and impurities. Finally, straightening, polishing and sizing are performed to ensure the straightness and dimensional accuracy of the pipe.
