All TP304L pipes must be furnished in the Solution Annealed condition. This involves heating the material to a minimum temperature of 1040°C (1900°F), followed by rapid quenching in water or air to ensure all carbides are dissolved into the austenitic matrix, maximizing corrosion resistance.
