ASTM A312 TP321 stainless steel pipe is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel seamless pipe, specifically designed for high-temperature and general corrosive applications. It is particularly suitable for applications where carbide precipitation occurs between 425°C and 850°C.
The seamless ASTM A312 TP321 pipe supplied by GNEE is made from titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel, designed primarily for high-temperature applications (such as furnaces). It is produced using hot-extruded steel billets, ensuring that the seamless pipes are free of joints or welds, providing excellent load-bearing capacity under various environmental conditions. Typically, the pipes undergo annealing at approximately 1605°F (875°C), followed by water quenching.
With excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance, resistance to embrittlement, and anti-scaling properties, the TP321 stainless steel pipe offers good strength and weldability. Its minimum tensile strength is 515 MPa, and the minimum yield strength is 205 MPa.
