Schedule 40 seamless 316 is a straight seam welded, light weight, austentic pipe with high corrosion resistance. Hygienic and clean in it's appearance, the 316 grade stainless steel pipe is suitable for a multitude of applications including hydraulic and instrumentation purposes, food and beverage industry, pressure containers, architectural designs and chemical processing equipment.
Stainless Steel 316 Flanges are made up of the 316 austenitic stainless steel. This grade of steel is a chromium nickel molybdenum alloy. Since the addition of the molybdenum content, the fittings made of this material are stronger and corrosion resistant than the 304 stainless steel.
