SUS 631 (17-7PH) is an austenitic-martensite precipitation hardening stainless steel developed based on 18-8CrNi, also known as controlled phase transformation stainless steel. After solid solution treatment, it becomes an unstable austenite structure with good plasticity, toughness and processability. After adjustment, the austenite precipitation and carbonization phenological composition changes, and then through martensite transformation treatment, most of the structure is transformed into toughness. Better low-carbon tempered martensite. This state is the use state of steel and has good medium-temperature mechanical properties. The corrosion resistance is better than that of general martensitic stainless steel.
