What are the heat treatment requirements for TP904L?

What is the primary difference between ASTM A249 TP904L and 316L?

Yes. Because A249 tubes are solution annealed, they possess high ductility (Elongation ≥ 35%). This allows them to be successfully expanded (roller expanded) into tube sheets without cracking, provided the tube sheet holes are machined to standard tolerances.
