TP316L electrolytic polished tubes are made by immersing stainless steel bright annealed tubes in a charged electrolyte solution to dissolve away contamination and defects on the tube surface, resulting in a smooth, uniform, bright surface.

TP316 cold-rolled polished tubes have an outer diameter range of 1/4" to 1", a wall thickness range of 0.028" to 0.083", and can be 3 meters, 6 meters, or custom-made in length. In terms of roughness, the outer wall is less than 0.6 microns and the inner wall is less than 0.35 microns.
