ASTM A376 TP321 is a seamless austenitic stainless steel pipe specifically designed for high-temperature service. Known for its excellent thermal stability, this specification covers multiple grades, including TP321 and the high-carbon TP321H grade.
We supply ASTM A376 TP321 seamless stainless steel pipes in a wide range of dimensions. The outside diameter is available from 1/2 inch to 30 inches, with wall thickness schedules including SCH5S, SCH10S, SCH40S, and SCH80S. Average wall thickness can also be customized according to customer requirements.
Our ASTM A376 347/347H seamless stainless steel pipes are produced through cold working, followed by heat treatment, pickling, and passivation. Pipe ends can be supplied as beveled ends or plain ends.
ASTM A376 TP321/321H seamless stainless steel pipes offer excellent corrosion resistance, preventing carbide precipitation within the temperature range of 430°C to 816°C (800°F to 1500°F), thereby enhancing resistance to intergranular corrosion.

Nondestructive Testing: 100% radiographic testing (RT) or ultrasonic testing (UT) in accordance with ASTM E164/E213; weld penetrant testing (PT) in accordance with ASTM E165
Pressure Testing: Hydrostatic testing at ≥1.5 times the design pressure in accordance with the general requirements of ASTM A450
Surface Quality: Ensure the absence of cracks, lack of fusion, and other defects, and the inner surface should have a smooth transition.
