What is LDX 2101 Plate?

S32101 Sheet is made up of a material known as lean duplex stainless steel alloy. It is one of three kinds of duplex grade steels. Duplex is a combination of austenitic and ferritic steel properties into one alloy. This is derived in Lean Duplex S32101 Plate by the addition of alloying materials such as chromium, molybdenum and nickel in deserved quantities. The addition of the elements provides Lean Duplex ldx 2101 A240 S32101 Strip the necessary strength to be used in joints and welds. This also provides the LDX 2101 Duplex Stainless Steel Foil the necessary corrosion resistant properties and light weight to be applied as cladding material on larger metallic surfaces.
