Advantages

We supply 301 Full Hard Stainless Steel Sheets, an austenitic stainless steel containing 16–18% chromium and 6–8% nickel. This composition forms a dense passive oxide film that resists corrosion from atmospheric exposure, fresh water, and mild acids and alkalis. While its corrosion resistance is slightly lower than molybdenum-containing grades like 316, it is sufficient for most industrial applications-such as indoor and outdoor metal structures (shelves, railings) for protection against moisture and rust, electronic equipment housings for resistance to sweat and cleaning agents, and food-contact machinery components that meet safety standards.

AISI 301 stainless steel sheets are cold-rolled to a full hard condition (hardness ≥ HV370), achieving tensile strength exceeding 1275 MPa and yield strength ≥ 965 MPa, far surpassing standard 304 stainless steel. The high strength makes them suitable for withstanding severe mechanical stress and impact, ideal for components like automotive seatbelt buckles, seat tracks, springs, and clips requiring repeated elastic deformation, as well as precision instrument load-bearing structures-ensuring long-term use without deformation or fracture.
