410 stainless steel plate is a type of martensitic stainless steel with 11.5% chromium content and excellent corrosion resistance.
410 grade stainless steel cold rolled plate has the ability to withstand hot gases, steam, food, weak acids and bases, fresh water and dry air. It is hardened to achieve maximum corrosion and heat resistance. However, compared with austenitic steel grades and 430 grade ferritic alloys containing 17% chromium, 410 stainless steel polished plate has lower corrosion resistance, and the smooth surface finish helps to further enhance the performance of the steel.
