We offer high-quality 304 perforated stainless steel sheets, made from highly corrosion-resistant austenitic stainless steel (18–20% Cr, 8–10.5% Ni), featuring excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical performance. Available in standard thicknesses from 0.5mm to 15mm and widths from 1000mm to 2000mm, the length is customizable (up to 8 meters). Dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.03mm for thickness and ±1mm for length. We also offer value-added processing such as passivation, custom length cutting, beveling, and surface finishing (brushed / mirror polished). Our 304 perforated stainless steel plates are precisely manufactured through CNC punching and laser cutting, and can feature round holes, square holes, or custom-designed patterns. Hole diameters are controlled between 0.5mm and 50mm, with a hole pitch tolerance of ±0.1mm, and a maximum open area of 60%. After passivation treatment, the corrosion resistance is further enhanced. The material has a tensile strength ≥ 515MPa, elongation ≥ 40%, and offers excellent weldability and formability, delivering a 3–5 times longer service life than conventional perforated sheets. It is suitable for applications such as architectural facades, aircraft interiors, equipment protective covers, and food-grade filtration systems.
