GNEE uses high-quality 321 stainless steel coils as the base material. Through precision perforation processing, titanium (Ti ≥ 5×C%) is added to effectively stabilize carbon, providing excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion in the sensitization temperature range of 450–850°C, significantly outperforming 304 stainless steel. Its high-temperature strength is also superior to conventional austenitic stainless steels, with continuous service temperatures up to 816°C and intermittent service up to 900°C.
