GNEE provides high-quality SUS 904 stainless steel perforated plates. This material is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel (equivalent to UNS N08904 / EN 1.4539), manufactured by precision stamping process to create regular hole patterns (round, square, and special-shaped holes) on SUS 904 base plates. The perforated hole diameters range from 0.5–50 mm, with flexible open area ratios adjustable from 10%–60%, and surface finishes available in bright annealed (Ra≤0.4μm) or acid pickled and passivated.

Moreover, it features excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion (PREN≥35) and a long-term service temperature of ≤400°C.

The SUS 904 perforated plates supplied by GNEE have standard thicknesses of 0.5–10.0 mm and maximum dimensions of 1500×3000 mm, with support for custom special-shaped sizes.
