316Ti (UNS S31635) is a titanium-stabilized version of 316 molybdenum-containing austenitic stainless steel. Alloy 316 is more resistant to general corrosion and pitting/crevice corrosion than traditional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels such as 304.
After heat treatment (quenching and tempering), SUS420J2 has excellent corrosion resistance, polishing performance, high strength and wear resistance, and is suitable for manufacturing plastic molds that bear high loads, high wear resistance and are under the action of corrosive media.
431 stainless steel has high strength, but poor plasticity and weldability. Commonly used grades of martensitic stainless steel include 1Cr13, 3Cr13, etc. Due to their high carbon content, they have high strength, hardness and wear resistance, but their corrosion resistance is slightly poor.
