SUS444 stainless steel cold-rolled plate is an ultra-low carbon nitrogen ferritic stainless steel. Its chromium content is 17.00%-20.00%, and 1.75%-2.50% molybdenum, as well as stabilizing elements such as niobium or titanium are added.
In terms of performance, SUS444 stainless steel plate has a density of about 7.75g/cm³, is magnetic, has a thermal conductivity of 26.8W/m・K at 100℃, and has a small thermal expansion coefficient. The yield strength is not less than 245N/mm², the tensile strength is not less than 410N/mm², the elongation is at least 20%, and the cold bending 180° is qualified. It has outstanding performance in resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion and pitting corrosion, and there is no intergranular corrosion after welding.
SUS444 stainless steel metal plates are commonly available in thickness of 0.3-6.0mm, width of 1000-2000mm, and length of 2000-6000mm, and can also be customized. Due to its good corrosion resistance and good processing performance, it is often used in food processing equipment, heat exchangers, water heater tanks, water treatment equipment and architectural decoration.
