We specialize in supplying AISI 420/UNS S42000 stainless steel round bars conforming to ASTM A276/A479 standards, with a chromium content of 12.0% to 14.0%, offering good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. Machining above 700°F is generally not recommended on SUS 420 bars. Only fully hardened and stress-relieved SS DIN 1.4021 bars achieve optimal corrosion resistance.

Our product range includes AISI 420 hot-rolled bars, UNS S42000 cold-drawn bars, 420 stainless steel peeled bars, turned and polished AISI 420 round bars, with diameters ranging from 8 mm to 200 mm and lengths from 1 m to 6 m. We can also customize heat treatment processes to meet customer needs, achieving a hardness of up to HRC 50 after quenching.
