ASTM A276 Stainless Steel 304l Bars is a low-carbon austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and good processing performance. It is developed on the basis of 304 stainless steel. The main difference is that its carbon content is lower, usually below 0.03%, which makes it more outstanding in corrosion resistance, especially intergranular corrosion resistance.
SS UNS S30400 cold-drawn bar has good cold working and hot working properties, and can be made into parts of various shapes by cold rolling, hot rolling, forging and other methods. The material has good plasticity and toughness, and it is not easy to produce defects such as cracks during processing. Alloy 304L stainless steel bright bar is usually non-magnetic or weakly magnetic, and is suitable for occasions where magnetism is required.
