3. Surface Finish

Hairline Polishing:

Ra Value: 0.4–0.8μm (uniform, non-directional satin finish)

Process: Grinding with 180#–320# grit belts, followed by buffing to achieve a smooth, scratch-resistant surface.

Appearance: Silky matte texture with subtle metallic luster, suitable for architectural, marine, and industrial applications.
