Conventional 310S stainless steel round tubing often exhibits surface yellowing caused by uneven annealing. Our ASTM A269 TP310S stainless steel tubing undergoes a fully automated, continuous bright annealing process, featuring a stable nickel content of 19.0–22.0% and a chromium content of 24.0–26.0%. It retains exceptional oxidation resistance even during continuous service at temperatures up to 1100°C. The inner surface roughness of our 310S BA tubing reaches Ra ≤ 0.4 µm, effectively preventing carbon buildup or fluid-borne deposits at high temperatures.

310S stainless steel heat exchanger tubing is prone to work hardening. If the annealing process is incomplete, micro-cracks may develop during on-site operations such as 90-degree bending or flaring. We strictly control the annealed hardness of our tubing to below HRB 80. Furthermore, we subject every batch of tubing to rigorous flaring and flattening tests-simulating actual on-site construction conditions to guarantee a 100% crack-free performance.
