ASTM A269 TP321 Stainless Steel Welded Tube for Electro Thermal
Leave a message
ASTM A269 TP321 is a titanium-stabilized, welded stainless steel pipe designed for high-temperature, corrosion-resistant applications, particularly in electrical and heating equipment where resistance to carbide precipitation is critical. The addition of titanium prevents intergranular corrosion during welding and high-temperature operation, and the material is designed for use in environments up to 900°C (1652°F).
The ASTM A269/ASME SA269 TP321 welded stainless steel pipes supplied by GNEE are a corrosion-resistant piping solution based on titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel. The core value of TP321 welded stainless steel pipes in the electric heating industry lies in their ability to replace seamless pipes with a 30%–50% cost advantage, while meeting the oxidation and corrosion resistance requirements of medium-to-high temperature applications. Their reliability has been proven in applications such as resistance sheaths, hot air ducts, and electrode boilers. The ASME SA269 TP321 small-diameter welded stainless steel pipes (with diameters ranging from 6 to 25 mm) are particularly well-suited for tightly spaced heating elements. Compared to SA269 TP321 seamless pipes, they offer comparable performance advantages at significantly lower batch production costs.
