ASTM A312 TP304H is a high-carbon austenitic stainless steel pipe designed for high-temperature applications, offering excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and durability. It is commonly used in power plants, boilers, and the petrochemical industry.
Our TP 304H stainless steel pipes are manufactured using seamless or welded processes and are cold-worked to achieve the specified dimensions and strength. The "H" indicates a higher carbon content (up to 0.10%) to enhance its high-temperature performance, distinguishing it from TP304L. ASME SA312 TP304H seamless pipe is a high-carbon version of Tp304 material, stabilized with titanium for better strength and corrosion resistance. It is mainly used in refineries, natural gas industries, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, and components of thermal power plants.
Our stainless steel 304H welded pipes are available in different types, shapes, and sizes and can be welded using filler materials to reduce
intergranular corrosion during the welding process. Furthermore, 1.4948 AISI 304H pipes have higher strength than ordinary TP304 pipes, making them suitable for condensers and other applications requiring high strength.
