🔹 Stainless Steel 347 Seamless Pipe Stamping Process

The stamping process for ASTM A312/ASME SA312 347 stainless steel pipes is centered on high-precision cold stamping, with the operating temperature strictly controlled between 20–80℃ and the forming pressure precisely controlled between 150–300 MPa. The dimensional tolerance of the stamping dies is controlled within ±0.02mm, ensuring that the outer diameter/wall thickness deviation of the formed pipes is ≤±0.05mm. The entire stamping process is completed by CNC intelligent equipment, resulting in a first-pass yield rate exceeding 98%, and a short delivery time for custom stamped parts.

Polishing	GNEE can polish nearly any stainless steel pipe item to a #4 polish, #6 Polish, #7 polish or a #8 mirror finish. Stainless steel polished pipes can also be cut to size.
Beveling	GNEE  can bevel stainless steel pipe to prepare for welding or other processes.
Honing/Turning	GNEE can hone pipe and tube, using a precision abrasion process in order to obtain a desired finish or close dimensional tolerance.
