Our TP904L stainless steel pipe is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel with a typical chemical composition including 19–23% chromium (Cr), 23–28% nickel (Ni), 4–5% molybdenum (Mo), and copper (Cu). It exhibits excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, chloride, and seawater environments. It has a PREN value of 35.15, a corrosion rate of ≤0.001 mm/year in sulfuric acid media, and its corrosion resistance is more than 60% higher than that of 316L, making it particularly suitable for large-diameter, long-term operation conditions.

Our ASTM A312 TP904L large-diameter stainless steel pipes are manufactured using mature forming and welding or seamless manufacturing processes, combined with solution annealing and pickling passivation treatment, ensuring uniform wall thickness, clean inner and outer surfaces, and stable structure. Outside diameters range from 219mm to 2000mm, and wall thickness and length can be customized to meet the needs of large-scale engineering and special projects. Finished products undergo a 2.0 times working pressure hydrostatic test, and each batch comes with an MTC certificate and pressure vessel certification.
