Our ASTM A554 TP304 stainless steel pipes are available in standard sizes with outer diameters ranging from 6.35-114.3 mm (1/4"-4.5") and wall thicknesses of 0.5-3.0 mm (0.02"-0.12"), as well as customized dimensions. They feature outer diameter tolerances of ±0.13 mm and wall thickness tolerances of ±10%, and support value-added processing services such as cutting and chamfering. The products undergo multiple quality verifications, including eddy current testing (ET), hydrostatic testing (≥10 MPa), and tests for chemical composition and mechanical properties, ensuring zero leakage and long service life. These pipes are ideal for water conservancy pipeline systems, water supply and drainage facilities, and water treatment equipment-applications with stringent requirements for water hygiene and durability.
