ASTM A790 SDX 2507 Super Duplex Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe

These pipes are manufactured from super duplex stainless steel alloyed with 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3.5% molybdenum, and nitrogen, using a precision manufacturing process that includes hot piercing, cold rolling/cold drawing, solution annealing (rapid cooling at 1020-1100°C), and pickling & passivation treatments. The pipes feature outer diameter tolerances of ±0.79 mm and wall thickness tolerances of ±10%, with surfaces finished in a uniform, bright silver color through pickling and passivation, and smooth, oxidation-free inner walls to ensure low fluid resistance and high heat transfer efficiency.
