International standards: ASTM A240 (American standard), EN 10088-2 (European standard), GB/T 3280 (national standard).
Composition control: Strictly control Cr (18-20%), Ni (8-10.5%) and impurities (S≤0.03%, P≤0.045%) to ensure corrosion resistance.

🔹2.304 stainless steel plate size and tolerance customization
Thickness range: cold rolled plate (0.3-6.0 mm), hot rolled plate (6.0-100 mm), tolerance meets ASTM A480 standard (such as ±1% thickness tolerance).
Width/Length: Regular width 1000/1219/1500/2000 mm, length can be cut to size as required (such as 3000/6000 mm or non-standard size).
🔹304 stainless steel plate surface treatment:
Basic surface: 2B (cold rolled matte), No.1 (hot rolled pickling);
Finishing: BA (bright annealing), mirror polishing (Ra≤0.2μm), brushed (HL), patterned plate (orange peel/diamond pattern).
