TP304 BA stainless steel pipe production process
In the production process of TP304 stainless steel bright annealing tube, the commonly used equipment is the stainless steel tube continuous bright annealing furnace. This equipment usually adopts a muffle type bright annealing furnace, and the protective gas source adopts an ammonia decomposition furnace with a gas purification device. During the annealing process, the workpiece is heated to 1050-1080℃ under the protection of a controlled atmosphere, and after a period of heat preservation, it is rapidly cooled to below 350℃ to obtain a uniform unidirectional austenite structure.
