12Cr13 is a low carbon chromium stainless steel, also known as X12Cr13, 1Cr13 or SUS410. It is a material belonging to martensitic stainless steel. The number "12" indicates that the chromium content is 12%, while "13" indicates that the carbon content is 0.13%. This stainless steel is often used as a tool, manufacturing bearing parts, valves and parts of some mechanical equipment in some applications.
SUS410 stainless steel has relatively high hardness, toughness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. In addition, its performance can be further improved when tempered at high or low temperatures.
